Front Desk, Housekeeping & Maintenance for 2026 Season
About The Position
Love the outdoors? Enjoy working with people from all over the country? Join our friendly team at Twin Mountain KOA, a family-oriented campground nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. We are seeking dependable, positive, and team-oriented individuals or couples for the following positions. Maintenance/Grounds - site upkeep and landscaping, light repairs and basic handyman tasks, cleaning fire pits, picnic tables and facilities, assisting with general property maintenance and helping with small projects as needed. Housekeeping - cleaning cabins, restrooms, laundry facilities and common areas, changing linens and restocking supplies, and ensuring KOA standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. Front Desk/Guest Services - greeting guests and assisting with check-ins/check-outs, taking reservations and answering phone calls, providing local area information and guest support, handling retail sales and light office tasks, and promoting a welcoming, helpful campground environment. Compensation includes competitive pay for all hours worked, a free RV site, accrued PTO, discounted propane, camp store discounts and free use of laundry facilities. Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Housekepeing & Maintenance positions require a valid driver license
- Strong customer service skills with every guest interaction
- Housekeeping & Maintenance require candidates to be able to bend, lift and squat
Nice To Haves
- Previous departmental experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
