About The Position
The Front Desk/Health Center Coordinator at RELIVE Health is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional environment in the health and wellness center. This role involves onboarding and checking out clients, managing appointments, and ensuring patient satisfaction while adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. The coordinator will also maintain knowledge of clinic services and products to effectively communicate with patients and promote services.
