A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK - GUEST SERVICES AGENT As a Front Desk - Guest Services Agent, you are the face of hospitality! With a warm smile, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. Customer service-driven, you enthusiastically answer phones and answer questions as needed. Keeping our guests comfortable and happy is your top priority. You keep the front desk area clean and presentable. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns. You're always willing to take the initiative to resolve issues quickly. You love meeting new people and get great satisfaction from doing your part to ensure smiles all around!
