About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
