About The Position

FASTSIGNS® Kent is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sign Sales + Project Manager to join our awesome team! This role is a mix of inside sales, customer relationships, and project management —you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) guiding our customers from idea to installation, total comprehensive solutions. Every day is different, the team is fun and supportive, and the wins are shared together. This is not a graphic design position.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of customer service, inside sales, counter sales, or sign/print industry experience (preferred, not required).
  • We are looking to hire someone with GREAT ENERGY!
  • We can train the rest, but experience is a plus!
  • Big positive energy, strong people skills with a fun, friendly, outgoing, positive team-first mindset
  • Comfortable asking questions, recommending solutions, and helping customers move forward with projects.
  • Comfortable pickup up the phone and keeping projects moving along!

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without getting overwhelmed
  • Tech-comfortable and open to learning new systems (AI, CRM, estimating tools, etc.)
  • Reliable, adaptable, and excited about growing in a long-term role

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers—bringing great energy and a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Have fun and learn something new every day
  • Act as an inside sales partner by uncovering customer needs, recommending signage solutions, and helping close projects
  • Prepare estimates, create work orders, and manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track customer conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities (we’ll train you!)
  • Coordinate closely with production and install teams to ensure projects are accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time
  • Build long-term relationships with local businesses, contractors, and organizations through proactive, friendly communication
