About The Position

As a Front Desk Customer Service Rep, you approach every day with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. You're the main point of contact for people who call, email, or visit our office, and you assist everyone with whatever they need. Maintaining organization, you schedule appointments in our calendar and open charts to check or adjust information. Your uplifting presence and quality contributions help make our office shine even more! You work Monday - Friday with opening and closing shifts available. Opening shifts are from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm while closing shifts go from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel to outlying offices to meet coverage needs
