About The Position

Florida Spine and Pain Center, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator, to join our growing and established practice in Pembroke Pines, Hollywood and Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive care to help musculoskeletal and pain management patients live their best lives possible. Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology. Our Front Office Coordinator is on the front line and the face of our practices. They are our ambassadors and are pivotal in initiating the best possible patient experience. They are responsible for overall front desk activities including management of the reception area and meeting areas, customer service, phones, mail, and office supplies. This position trains, supervises, and schedules administrative volunteers, coordinates front office coverage, and any additional administrative support necessary for the practice. The role entails travel between clinic locations. Schedules will be provided in advance: PEMBROKE PINES OFFICE- Address: 2010 NW 150th Ave, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33028 HOLLYWOOD OFFICE- Hollywood Address: 2 Oakwood Blvd Suite 195 Hollywood, FL 33020 LAUDERDALE LAKES OFFICE- Oakland Medical Mall Address: 4850 West Oakland Park Blvd Suite 201 Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33313 We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual REQUIRED (Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
  • Greeting patients.
  • Collecting patient information.
  • Verifying patient insurance.
  • Maintaining patient accounts and records.
  • Responsible for scheduling new patient appointments and follow up appointments.
  • Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
