About The Position

At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every one of our patients, and we would like for you to join our caring team. We are looking for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive by nature, with a passion for health and wellness and a love for sales. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, including bonuses, and is part-time with the potential to develop into full-time. We offer medical, dental, paid time off, and paid holidays. A Friday to Sunday schedule is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Office management or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
