About The Position
At The Joint Chiropractic, we are dedicated to providing world-class service to our patients and are looking for individuals who share our passion for health and wellness. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to advance the quality and availability of chiropractic care in the wellness industry. This position is ideal for those who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong desire to grow their careers within our organization. You will be responsible for engaging with patients, educating them about our wellness offerings, and helping to attract new patients to our clinics. Your ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role. In this position, you will be expected to complete transactions using point of sale software, ensure that all patient accounts are current and accurate, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic. You will greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in for their appointments, and answer phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for re-engaging inactive members and staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions. Your strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills will be essential as you work cohesively with your team to meet sales goals and create a welcoming environment for our patients. We are looking for someone who is confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages, and who is willing to learn and grow within the company. Accepting constructive criticism positively and using it as a learning tool will be important for your development. While this position does not involve management or supervising other employees, having office management or marketing experience is a plus.
