We're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator II to join our growing team. As a Front Desk Coordinator II, you will greet and receive customers, determine the nature of their visit, and notify the appropriate team members. You will perform various administrative duties, welcome visitors to the practice, and provide information about clinic features. Your role will also involve answering, screening, and routing incoming calls, checking in patients, notifying clinicians of patient arrivals, making appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient schedules. Additionally, you will handle payments, update patient information, and drive internal marketing initiatives.
