About The Position

At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every one of our patients, and we would like for you to join our caring team. We are looking for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive by nature, with a passion for health and wellness and a love for sales. The Wellness Coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals while providing excellent services to members and patients. You will be responsible for greeting members and patients, checking them in to see the Chiropractor, answering phone calls, and managing the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner. This position requires a dependable individual with a winning attitude who can work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Dependable and possess a winning attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and patients.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Office management or marketing experience.

Benefits

• Pay range of $21.00 - $22.50/hr depending on experience.
