About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking motivated, sales-driven professionals who are passionate about wellness and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As a Wellness Coordinator / Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them, checking them in, and answering calls. You will confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages to meet or exceed sales goals, re-engage inactive members, and educate patients on our wellness offerings. Additionally, you will participate in local marketing opportunities to attract new patients, keep patient accounts accurate and organized using POS software, help manage clinic flow, and ensure a positive patient experience while supporting clinic cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (retail, service, or healthcare preferred)
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to succeed
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Marketing or office management experience a plus
