About The Position

CASS Winery's Geneseo Inn is seeking a professional and customer-focused part-time Front Desk Concierge to assist with the day-to-day operations of our luxury boutique hotel. Nestled in the picturesque Paso Robles wine country, the inn is renowned for its architectural beauty and unique experiences tied to the property. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guests receive outstanding and consistent customer service. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will coordinate Front Desk operations with other departments, including Housekeeping, Events, and the Tasting Room. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient Front Desk operation, which includes welcoming and registering guests, collecting payments, and selling winery and B&B products. You will also be expected to pour wine for guests and provide knowledgeable insights about our offerings. Your attention to detail will be essential as you conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel management best practices and be proficient in data entry software, including Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also need to efficiently utilize our reservation platform, Resnexus, for which training will be provided. A valid Driver's License and a California Food Handler's Card are required for this position. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as you will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This part-time position is expected to be under 30 hours per week, with shifts that may vary based on the needs of the business, particularly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
