About The Position

Touchmark at Pilot Butte is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our compassionate team at our award-winning senior living community. The front desk serves as the heartbeat of our community, where residents and guests come to inquire about daily events, check on packages, request assistance, or simply engage in friendly conversation. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Professional and polite phone etiquette.
• Organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating.
• Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience answering calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Flexibility to cover for team members as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train on other shifts.
• Experience with office equipment such as copiers and printers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at the front desk.
• Provide information about daily events and activities.
• Assist residents with package inquiries and maintenance issues.
• Facilitate communication between residents and staff.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Perform security detail for the property as needed.
