About The Position

OPS Security Group is hiring Front Desk Concierge Officer to work in fast-paced, professional environments. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a calm, professional demeanor. As the first point of contact for many, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety, managing access, and delivering a great guest experience. Multiple Openings Available: Saturdays & Sundays (All shifts)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using security technology (radios, tablets, cameras, etc.)
  • Excellent de-escalation and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation (public or private)
  • Ability to pass background screening, urinalysis, and required training

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in security, hospitality, and/or front desk preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, guests, and tenants with professionalism
  • Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
  • Respond to emergencies and de-escalate conflicts
  • Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
  • Conduct periodic patrols as needed (foot or vehicle-based)
  • Support building operations by communicating effectively with staff and management
  • Represent OPS Security Group’s values at all times
