Smokiam RV Resort is seeking a friendly, organized, and guest focused Front Desk Clerk for the upcoming season. Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phones and respond to reservation inquiries
- Process payments and manage POS/reservation system
- Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
