About The Position

The Front Desk Clerk at Circus Circus, part of Caesars Entertainment, is responsible for assisting guests with hotel billing, handling inquiries, and providing general information. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous hotel front desk or billing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Above average mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with hotel billing and general inquiries.
  • Run referral/denial reports and distribute outstanding balance lists to the Manager on Duty.
  • Answer incoming calls within three rings and perform callbacks.
  • Handle billing disputes and ensure proper credit card authorizations are completed.
  • Work with Sales and Group Sales to address billing inquiries.
  • Perform Front Desk Agent duties as needed or directed.
  • Maintain compliance with PCI standards and company policies.
