About The Position
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for all aspects of the daily activities of the Hotel Front Desk, reservations, and Gift Shop. This role promotes an atmosphere that ensures Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel's general expectations and consistently provides excellent guest service by greeting and communicating with all guests in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.
