Cimato Chiropractic Center LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is essential for providing both administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. The Chiropractic Assistant will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining the appointment calendar. You will collect patient information and update electronic medical records, assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, and verify insurance coverage while processing insurance claims. Additionally, you will manage patient billing and payment processing, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring that their experience at our office is positive and efficient. The Chiropractic Assistant will work closely with the chiropractic team to support patient care and office operations effectively.
