About The Position
We are looking for a Greeter to act as a concierge in a fast-paced retail environment. As the first person that the customer sees when they enter the store and the last person they see before they leave, you will provide a memorable start and end to their in-store experience. When they arrive, you will ensure that they feel welcome and are provided with a personalized customer service experience as promptly as possible. Before they leave, you will check that they have everything they need, including checking to see that they are registered on our customer database to ensure the highest standards of aftercare. As front of house, you will also use your excellent communication skills to answer the telephone, ensuring prompt, proactive, and professional follow-up as well as contacting customers to let them know about our upcoming events and launches and to book them in for consultations.
