About The Position

Candlewood Suites Layton Starting at $14.00/hr+ (Depending on Experience), Raises & Commission based on performance Employment: Full Time Schedule: 4 or 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday, plus additional weeknights) Hours: 3 pm - 11 pm shift Front Desk Attendant First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home. Requirements

  • Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
  • Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
  • Fluency in English - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
  • Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computer skills
  • Sales skills- having the ability to convince a potential guest to book a room will be key to this position (Sales training will be provided)
