About The Position

As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing court reservations, program registrations, and handling payments. You will be the first point of contact for our patrons, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our tennis facility.

Requirements

  • Friendly and professional with strong guest service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling phone interactions and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Able to represent the organization in a professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Technologically proficient and able to quickly learn new reservation and registration software.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • This is an on-site position and requires physical presence at the tennis center during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Assign court time for open play, private/group lessons, and donated courts using our computerized reservation system.
  • Assist patrons with registrations for lessons, leagues, and other tennis programs.
  • Handle in-person and phone inquiries regarding court availability, pricing, and program offerings.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patrons, including updates on policies and procedures.
  • Process payments for court time and program fees, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Monitor locker room facilities during evening and weekend shifts, as needed.
