About The Position
Seasonal Front Desk Attendant (Summer) We are hiring seasonal summer associates to support our Fitness Facility, Tennis Center, and Pool Hut during our busiest and most exciting season. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and providing outstanding service in a hospitality-focused environment. Operation hours are 7 days a week, 5 am to 9 pm. Schedules may vary, and weekend and holiday work may be required.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Comfortable with computers and phones
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Evening, weekend, and summer availability required
Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in members and guests
- Assisting with Club programs, events, and services
- Answering phones and scheduling classes, appointments, and court reservations
- Processing member charges and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting Fitness & Spa Facility, Tennis Center and Pool Hut operations
- Ensuring Club policies and service standards are upheld
