About The Position
Best Western Plus Settlers Point 1294 East Hospitality Way Washington, Utah 84780 Starting at $14.75/hr+ (Depending on Experience), Raises & Commission based on performance Employment: Part Time Hours: Mornings 7-3 and at least (2) Weekends 3-10pm What will YOU get from US? Requirements

- Identify & overcome guest issues quickly and attentively
Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone
- Processing credit card & cash transactions
- Effectively coordinate with all other hotel departments to provide Superior Service
- Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops
- Maintaining Front Desk and Hotel Lobby clean and organized. Weekly deep cleaning assigned
- Doing property & pool checks
- Occasional package shipment or receiving
- Manage incoming guest calls and reservations
- Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability
- Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
