About The Position

Join our team as a Front Desk Attendant at The Cove, the City of St. Peters' outdoor pool! In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the pool's admission desk in a fun, fast-paced summer environment. This is an outdoor position (the admission desk is covered, but attendants should be prepared for warm weather conditions). Depending on the schedule, shifts may be worked independently or alongside another attendant. Mandatory training will take place indoors at the Rec-Plex Front Desk prior to the pool opening on Saturday, May 23. Attendants must complete training to be eligible to work at The Cove. Normal Shift: This seasonal, part-time position offers approximately 15-20 hours per week. The Cove operates Sunday through Saturday, and candidates should be available to work shifts between 7:45 AM and 7:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability-including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends-is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• First Aid and CPR/AED Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, process admissions, and provide information about pool policies and procedures
• Work independently or with a fellow attendant, depending on assigned shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked
• Perform general janitorial duties as needed to keep the area safe and sanitary
• Follow all City of St. Peters safety procedures and guidelines
