About The Position
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates to join the Equinox team. This is a great position for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing them with a warm and professional greeting. You will be responsible for scanning membership IDs upon entrance, answering phones professionally, and responding to member questions, concerns, and discrepancies. Additionally, you will update members' accounts as needed and maintain an orderly and clean work area. This role requires the ability to work various shifts, including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, and you will also be expected to provide tours to members, showcasing our facilities and services. Your primary goal will be to deliver the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, while also aiding other departments with related tasks as necessary.
