About The Position

Join Emler Swim School as a Front Desk Associate! Welcome our customers and their children with excitement into our swim school and assist families with current enrollments and new registrations for swim lessons. This role is for candidates with a passion for relationship building with all ages and strong communication skills. Emler Swim School provides PAID training. Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for relationship building with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Enroll students in lessons, collect payments and manage administrative responsibilities.
• Complete curriculum training to become knowledgeable on the product and provide exceptional experiences for children and families.
• Use creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges with customers.
• Attend paid training and development opportunities.
• Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
