Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage court bookings, check-ins, and program registrations
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Assist with basic operational tasks as needed
