About The Position

What You Will Do Oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and just the right amount of charm. Support and train new front desk team members—you’re the friendly coach they’ll thank later. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally (bonus points if they leave smiling). Help manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest-ready.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
