About The Position

Abington Manor at Morgan Hill is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate / Community Experience Ambassador to be the welcoming face of our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and supporting residents, families, and visitors in a senior living environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months–1 year reception or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment
  • Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls appropriately
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, mail sorting, and copying
  • Ensure visitors sign in and out
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Support the Business Office and Management Team with administrative tasks
  • Respect resident privacy, dignity, and rights at all times
