About The Position

Exceptional Healthcare is seeking part-time (PRN) Front Desk Associates for our newest facility. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll make a lasting impression while providing essential administrative support.

Requirements

• Previous ER or Patient Registration experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High School Diploma/GED
• Availability for 12-hour shifts (7p-7a or 7a-7p), including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous ER or Patient Registration experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for Emergency Room, Direct Admission, and Outpatient Services
• Verify insurance benefits and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records
• Answer calls and coordinate communication between departments
• Handle administrative duties including deposits, spreadsheets, and clerical tasks
