Under the direction of the General Manager, this role is responsible for performing day to day facility operational tasks in adherence with all company policies and procedures. Serve as a key point of contact with members, with emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. Duties include: Energetic Active Front Desk Presence Setting up new memberships in D1 systems Daily check-ins Collecting and processing payments Providing front desk sales and information Assisting with marketing events Managing retail sales
