About The Position

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process andmunication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. Requirements

  • Passion for Service: A truemitment to meeting the needs of guests with care and enthusiasm
  • Communication Strengths: Refined verbal and written skills to connect effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service abilities paired with sound business acumen
  • Adaptability: Comfort with standing for extended periods and flexibility to drive the shuttle as needed
  • Availability for primarily PM shifts (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), including weekends
