About The Position

The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for events, employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with office operations & hospitality support, helping the organization run smoothly day-to-day.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordination role.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment highly desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide safety guidelines for visitors and vendors.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and vendors via e-mail, phone, and in-person.
  • Manage visitor badges, sign-ins, and security procedures.
  • Support meeting logistics, including room setup and scheduling.
  • Work with hospitality staff to coordinate client visits, including room setup and catering coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
