About The Position
Join our team as a Front Desk Associate and help create a warm, welcoming environment for young swimmers and their grown-ups. As the friendly face of our swim school, you will be guiding parents through lesson enrollments, supporting swim instructors, and helping kids feel excited every time they walk in. If you are an outgoing, organized communicator who loves working with people - this role is for you. As the first person families see when they enter the building, you set the tone for their whole experience. You will get paid training from day one and ongoing support to grow in customer service, leadership, and communication. You will work with a passionate team dedicated to helping kids learn life-saving skills in a safe and upbeat environment.

- Enjoy working with a team and pitching in wherever needed
- Are dependable and ready to stick to a set schedule
- Don't mind being active on your feet throughout your shift

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
- Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
- Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
- Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
- Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
- Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
