About The Position

What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding, personalized guest service that goes beyond expectations Warmly greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and a positive attitude Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure every room and facility is guest-ready Utilize the property management system to handle reservations, payments, and guest requests  Communicate with guests through GXP, a real-time messaging platform that helps us respond quickly to guest requests and enhance their stay experience Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized front desk and lobby environment Support seamless shift transitions by coordinating with both day and night teams Assist guests with billing questions, local information, and hotel policies Who You Are: A polished, personable professional who excels in guest engagement A multitasker who stays calm, organized, and enthusiastic during busy shifts Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred Familiarity with FOSSE or similar hotel systems is a bonus Experience with GXP or similar guest communication platforms is a plus Flexible to work swing shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
