The FS8 Front Desk Associate is responsible for creating an energizing first impression and maintaining a positive studio atmosphere. This role involves warmly greeting members and guests, managing class reservations, handling in-studio membership sign-ups, renewals, and questions about pricing, packages, and class formats. The associate will also sell and assist with FS8 merchandise, ensuring the retail area is stocked and visually appealing. Supporting social media efforts by capturing studio content, posting Stories, and engaging with the local wellness community online is also a key responsibility. Daily administrative tasks, including emails, scheduling support, and member communications, are part of the role, as is maintaining a clean and tidy studio environment. The associate will serve as a knowledgeable resource for members and prospects on classes, instructors, and the FS8 method, assist with studio setup and off-site events, communicate complaints to management, and report maintenance issues. The ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about Pilates, fitness, and wellness, a natural communicator, detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with social media, a self-starter, and sales-minded. They should be reliable, punctual, and proud of the space they help run. The position requires availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, including consistent weekend shifts.
