We are currently seeking a motivated and career-oriented Front Office Check-In / Check-Out Representative to join our team! The Front Office Representative plays a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience by managing check-in and check-out procedures, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records and accounts. Important Note About This Role: This position supports our addiction specialty services. Working with patients in recovery requires a compassionate, patient, and nonjudgmental approach. The ideal candidate is someone who can remain calm under pressure, demonstrate empathy, maintain strong boundaries, and treat every individual with dignity and respect regardless of their circumstances.
