Front Desk Associate Fitness Facility
About The Position
D1 Training is the place for the athlete! We’re not a traditional gym — we’re a training facility that offers specialized programs for adults, youth, and athletes of all skill levels. Our goal is to provide a motivating, high-energy environment where members train like athletes and achieve real results. YOU pick the goal, WE help you get there! We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our members from the moment they walk through the door. Must be able to work evenings, and role may expand for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Passion for health, fitness, and the D1 mission
- Must be at least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or gym experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and athletes with a welcoming, professional attitude
- Manage check-ins, class sign-ups, and client inquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and merchandise transactions
- Support the coaching staff and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive and high-energy environment consistent with D1’s brand
