Nemacolin is in search of efficient, courteous and professional individuals that can provide excellent customer service while successfully transferring all incoming calls to the appropriate extensions. The Guest Service Agent will monitor and maintain all information requests and the morning wake-up calls register as well as be able to answer questions pertaining to facilities and activities; including directions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls quickly and efficiently using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate extensions.
  • Complete daily morning wake-up calls and take requests for information via phone inquiries.
  • Answer general reservation questions.
  • Answer questions pertaining to resort outlet times, activities, and directions.
  • Direct the needs of the guests to the appropriate departments.
  • Screen all outgoing calls from the switchboard.
  • Maintain updated guest messages to ensure the guest receives accurate messages.
  • Other Job duties assigned.
