About The Position
The Front Desk Associate at Tia Silverlake is responsible for ensuring a hospitable patient member experience at the Tia Clinic. In collaboration with the care team and Clinic Manager, the associate maintains efficient patient operations and actively participates in reporting feedback and suggestions related to patient care and clinic processes. The role requires a client service mentality and the ability to navigate a highly demanding environment while maintaining composure under stress.
