Front Desk Associate & Night Auditor Openings
About The Position
TownePlace Suites Bradenton is hiring for multiple positions at the front desk, including Front Desk Associates (evenings) and Night Auditors (overnight). If you have hotel experience and understand how to deliver strong guest service in a fast-paced environment, we want to connect. These roles are designed for individuals who already understand hotel operations and can step in with minimal training to support guest experience and daily operations and are interested in working on a part-time basis. Requirements
- Prior hotel front desk or Night Audit experience strongly preferred
- Marriott FOSSE experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work assigned shift (evenings or overnight), including weekends
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Candidates must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and service recovery
- Maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming front desk presence
- Complete night audit process, including balancing and reporting
- Handle overnight guest needs and ensure a smooth transition to the morning team
