ImageCare Radiology Seeking 2 Full-Time Front Desk Associate/Call Center for our Newton office. SCHEDULES Schedule 1: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM, with rotating Saturdays 7:45 am - 4:00 pm Schedule 2: Tuesday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM and Saturdays, 7:45AM - 4:00PM. Initial training days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee. ( Training for both schedules will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM. (Training usually lasts for 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual)) GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Front Desk Associates will act as the representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments. The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- It is ImageCare's Company Policy that all personnel must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.
