JOB FUNCTION: The Front Desk Associate provides general administrative support, including managing the front desk, data entry, document preparation, mail handling, and scheduling. Additional responsibilities include booking travel arrangements, organizing and preparing for meetings, managing expense reports, and assisting in planning company events. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a friendly demeanor.
