An overview of this position entails providing administrative support and general assistance to the residents, staff, and visitors of The Commons or The Fountains.

  • Act as the first point of contact with all phone and walk-in traffic.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls using multi-line phone system.
  • Generate purchasing documents for program purchasing weekly and as needed.
  • Order office and program supplies to adequately maintain inventory.
  • Conduct program shopping either in person or on-line.
  • Responsible for daily entry of Work Orders into maintenance system and clarify requests as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to Commons Leadership and staff for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail, paychecks, etc.
  • Handle all inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 year of related experience or 2 years of employment experience is required.
  • De-Escalation Training (preferred)
