The Front Desk Agent – Full Time at The Cook Hotel will be responsible for managing the guests’ experience by providing excellent customer service and assisting with training the Front Desk Agents to meet hospitality standards. Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for handling front desk employee issues and submitting guest complaints or issues to the appropriate hotel manager if needed. The Front Desk Agent must be friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
