Your dedication to excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail contribute to the overall success of our establishment. As a Front Desk Agent, you will: Greet each guest with a genuine and warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay. Ensure a smooth check-in experience, issue room keys and facilitating a flawless check-out process. Accurately compute bills, collect payments, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Accept payments through various methods, including cash, check, or credit cards. Effectively find solutions that meet guests' concerns and challenges actively with your ability to listen with an empathetic approach, enhancing the overall guest experience. Coordinate with other departments as necessary to expertly resolve service requests or opportunities, utilizing our work order tracking system.
