We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for our guests by managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience throughout their stay. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and process guest check-ins and check-outs using the hotel reservation system
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with requests, including local recommendations, dining reservations, and general inquiries
  • Process payments and issue room keys during check-in and check-out
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with organizing and setting up meetings or small events as needed
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including light cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
