About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will: Represent the hotel through all stages of a guests' stay, from check-in to check-out Accommodate guest requests whenever possible Assign and register guests to available rooms Coordinate room status with our other hotel teams Familiarize yourself with all Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge Must be able to work a flexible schedule for both AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays Essential Elements As a Biltmore Farms Front Desk Agent, you are more than just a welcoming presence, you are the first impression our guests have to our hotel and to our city. This position will require tact, diplomacy, grace, and patience.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guest who visit the workplace.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule for both AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
This position will require tact, diplomacy, grace, and patience.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel-related experience desired.
