About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Element Hotel located in Branson, MO. Are you ready? The first new-construction hotel in Branson in over 15 years, is set to open late October 2025 in a prime location off the 76 strip next to White Water! The Marriott "Element by Westin" is now hiring to begin training by September 1st. We are looking for people who LOVE people and have an "Above and Beyond" approach to serving others! If that's you, we want you on our team for this "once in a lifetime" experience of opening a new hotel!

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service industry is required

Nice To Haves

  • Front desk/guest service experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and quality service, coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in/check-out hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
  • Process all transactions, posts and reports according to established procedures.
  • Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns, referring to management as needed.
  • Book guest reservations, process cancellations, and revisions.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service, coordinating with other departments.
  • Ability to be cross-trained to bartend is a plus.
